Who would benefit the most from Easy Fit rehab?

Our Easy Fit Rehab program is designed to assist a wide range of individuals, making it accessible to many. Here are some people who would significantly benefit:

  1. Those with lingering injuries: If you've been nursing a nagging injury that just doesn't seem to fully heal, our targeted exercises can help facilitate your recovery process.

  2. Post-physical therapy patients: Often, after completing physical therapy, individuals find it hard to keep up with exercises at home. Our guided sessions can help maintain the progress made during therapy.

  3. Older adults: With aging comes the natural decline in mobility and balance. Our program can help enhance these aspects, allowing for safer, more confident movement.

  4. Athletes: For athletes, maintaining excellent balance and mobility is key not only for performance but also for injury prevention. Our sessions can help improve these areas.

  5. Anyone in need of convenient rehabilitation: Our online format makes the program especially beneficial for those who find it difficult to travel to a therapist due to distance, busy schedules, or other reasons.

In a nutshell, if you're seeking to regain or improve your movement abilities and do so in a fun, supportive, and convenient setting, Easy Fit Rehab is the program for you.

Who are the instructors/Rehabilitation-Specialists?

Our instructors are certified professionals who are highly experienced in different rehabilitation techniques. They come from the team behind the successful BarreCertification.com program. You can find more about them by clicking here on the Rehabilitation Specialists tab.

How are the sessions conducted?

Our sessions are primarily conducted via Zoom, in small groups of no more than five people. This intimate setting ensures each participant receives ample attention and care, allowing our rehabilitation specialists to modify exercises based on the individual needs of those attending.

However, if you prefer a one-on-one session, we are also happy to provide this service. While these individualized sessions come at a higher cost, they remain significantly more affordable compared to in-person rehabilitation sessions.

Beyond the live sessions, we cultivate a sense of community and camaraderie. Participants have the opportunity to connect with others who are on a similar journey, offering a space for mutual support. You can continue these connections in our dedicated Facebook group post-session.

At Easy Fit Rehab, you're not just signing up for a class, but joining a supportive community. Here, you're never alone in your recovery journey

How long is each session?

Our sessions are designed to be 20 to 25 minutes long. Why? Because we believe in the philosophy of quality over quantity. Our main aim is to ensure that each minute of your workout is effective, engaging, and beneficial for your rehabilitation journey.

This duration has been carefully chosen based on research and experience to avoid overworking your body, while still allowing enough time for a comprehensive and beneficial rehabilitation session. We understand that recovery is a process, and we want to make that process as enjoyable and manageable as possible.

In these 20 to 25 minutes, we focus on targeted exercises that directly aid in your rehabilitation. It's short enough to fit easily into your day but long enough to make a significant difference in your recovery. Plus, by keeping things concise and dynamic, we keep the sessions fun and engaging

What is the cost of each session?

We aim to provide affordable solutions for everyone. Your first class with us is only $5! After the first class, regular session pricing of $25 per session applies.  You can further reduce the price if you order package of 3 or 10 sessions.
